Grievance redressal

Raising a complaint

If something about this website, our service, or your enquiry has not met your expectations, tell us. Here is exactly how to reach us and what happens next.

1

1. Contact us directly

Write to invest@mutualfundadvisor.in or call +91 99992 52122 during our business hours (Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM IST). Please include your name, contact details, and a clear description of your complaint. Do not include PAN, Aadhaar, passwords, PINs or OTPs in your message.

2

2. Acknowledgement

We aim to acknowledge every grievance within 3 business days of receipt.

3

3. Resolution

We aim to resolve your grievance, or provide a substantive update on its status, within 15 business days. Some matters — particularly those involving an Asset Management Company, registrar or other third party — may take longer to resolve, and we will keep you informed of progress.

4

4. If your grievance concerns a specific mutual fund scheme or AMC

Matters relating to a specific scheme's operation, NAV, unit allotment or redemption are ultimately the responsibility of the relevant Asset Management Company and its Registrar & Transfer Agent. We will help direct your grievance appropriately, and you may also refer to the grievance redressal contact published in that scheme's own documents.

Risk Factors – Investments in Mutual Funds are subject to Market Risks. Read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing. Mutual Fund Schemes do not assure or guarantee any returns. Past performance of any Mutual Fund Scheme may or may not be sustained in the future. There is no guarantee that the investment objective of any suggested scheme will be achieved. All existing and prospective investors are advised to check and evaluate the exit loads and other cost structure (TER) applicable at the time of making an investment before finalizing any investment decision for Mutual Fund Schemes. We deal in Regular Plans only for Mutual Fund Schemes and earn a trailing commission on client investments. Disclosure of commission earnings is made to clients at the time of investment. The option of a Direct Plan for every Mutual Fund Scheme is available to investors and offers the advantage of a lower expense ratio. We are not entitled to earn any commission on Direct Plans; hence, we do not deal in Direct Plans.
